Document translation, sworn or standard
The sworn translator (official translator-interpreter) operates under Ministry of Justice accreditation. They take an oath before the court and their stamp gives their translations official value enforceable before Algerian and foreign administrations and courts. The non-sworn translator does not hold this official status: their translations are valid for any private or professional use, but are not recognized by administrations for official documents. Only the sworn translator can produce a translation with official value, recognized by administrations and courts. The non-sworn translator faithfully translates for all everyday uses that do not require an official stamp.
